Latest confirmed entries for Ministox Coventry Masters (added October 12)
As promised we have continued to update our entry list for the forthcoming Coventry Masters Championship for Ministox at Coventry Stadium on Saturday, November 5 and are delighted to report than we have now heard back from the majority of the finalists with nearly 30 confirmed for the meeting.

The updated list can be found below with the drivers listed in qualifying points order (which will determine the starting grid for the race) with the confirmed entries highlighted in bold and those who have confirmed they will not be racing shown crossed out.

Furthermore drivers who have not qualified for the championship are reminded that after this weekend, limited places are open for drivers to book in for the support races. Again with BriSCA F1 and V8 Stockcars on the programme, pit space will be tight so these additional places are limited. However should demand be sufficient we may give away the places of qualifiers who have yet to confirm their intention to race so the remaining qualifiers who are not highlighted below need to book in asap if they plan on taking their place on the grid.

Again the present meeting format for Coventry on November 5 features four races for Ministox, so that any non Coventry Masters finalists will have the opportunity of three races and so that there will also be three races in graded order on the night. However, such is the volume of the November 5 programme, which also features a fireworks display, Ministox drivers are reminded that the fourth race cannot be guaranteed if time, or bad weather, plays a part.

Additionally all drivers are reminded that in partnership with Incarace, there will be added incentives for drivers who race at both Coventry on November 5 and Hednesford the following afternoon (Sunday, November 6). Grade Award trophies will be up for grabs for the highest scoring driver in each of the four grades over the two meetings but these trophies will only be available to drivers who race at BOTH Coventry and Hednesford.

Coventry Stox are delighted to be welcoming back the ORCi Ministox on the 4th June. Please find below some information regarding this event plus a booking list. (Please note the Promotion cannot be held responsible for the non show of any driver.)

Not only are we welcoming almost all of the drivers from the April event we are thrilled to have a few new faces including 339 Jake Futter who has proved something of an impressive newcomer since winning his first ever stockcar race at Mildenhall on Good Friday.

Joe Parsons was the success story at the April opener as he stormed up from the white grade to win both heats and followed it up with a third and fourth in the Grand Final to end the evening with a slender lead in the track championship. Will the red fin next time cause him difficulty? Second in the Coventry standings is 349 Todd Payne who was strong throughout the last meeting with a run of top five finishes in the heats and final leading to a fine victory in the Allcomers a shame that this will be Parsons last Coventry event as he is reaching the grand old retirement age of 16.

Every meeting for the ORCi minis here at Coventry will carry points which will determine the grid for a Championship race in November so we’re sure this will encourage no holds barred action on track.
